As a member you can build strength in the resistance area, practice for a big event with TechnoGym cardio equipment, find a new sense of calm in our heated pool and jacuzzi or detox in the steam room and sauna.

Our team are always on hand to support you with your wellbeing goals and offer advice on exercise programs. 

We're open: Monday to Friday 7am to 9pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am to 7pm (from 12th April 2021). We're always happy to answer your membership, facilities and booking questions, give us a call on 01756 752261 to speak to a member of the team.
